Cottage 1 was completely renovated in the Spring of 2017. This cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 persons. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom a single over a double bunk bed and the third bedroom a single over a single bunk bed. New kitchen and bathroom. There is a new leather sofa (2023) and Nespresso coffee machine. Also, garden doors out to a 450 square foot deck overlooking the water.
